Live from state assembly hall

State assembly sitting has just started. The question and answer session (1.5 hour) is going on now. BN state assemblymen are dissatisfied with the speaker. They are accussing the speaker for not allowing additional questions from them. All of them are suddenly talking about “fairness”, “keadilan” etc, rare words from them.

Last minute maintenance

Burning midnight oil…
Last minute maintenance works are being carried out in the state assembly hall today. Tomorrow will be the first Perak assembly hall sitting since the exhilarating “political tsunami”. It is my debut sitting as well. I hope I would not embarrass my constituencies and myself ;p

June 27: Decision on objections to petition

IPOH: The High Court yesterday fixed June 27 to decide on preliminary objections in an election petition challenging the victory of Teja state assemblyman Chang Li Kang.

The objections were raised by Chang, a returning officer and the Election Commission.
